Description: The Navy has a requirement for IT technical support to support the Defense Working Capital Accounting System (DWAS) and the Business Information Management System (BIMS). BIMS is a query/reporting system via electronic interfaces from DWAS. Services are required to interface BIMS with DWAS via specific DWAS System Change Requests (SCR). The Navy intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Digital Systems Group, Inc. (DSG) of Warminster, PA. DSG, a small business, developed and owns the COTS DWAS software,licenses, and source code for DWAS. Period of performance is one year.
