Description
NAVSURFWARCEN Crane Division desire to modify Contract N00164-01-D-0039 to provide for up to 6 months of engineering services in support of the AEGIS AN/SPY-1 Radar Systems. The effort will provide interim and transitional effort to NAVSURFWARCEN Crane Division while a follow-on effort is being processed thru the NAVSEA SEAPORT contract. The efforts may include engineering services in support of Level IV Component In-Service Engineering Agent, Acquisition Engineering Agent, Designated Overhaul Point and Interim Inventory Control Point for microwave tubes, associated high-voltage power supplies, microwave components and component to system interfaces. The solicitation will be issued utilizing other than full and open competition procedures under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304?(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), only one source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. Offers will be solicited from Technology Service Corporation, 11400 W Olympic Blvd STE 300, Los Angeles , CA 90064 . ?Performance requirements shall be specified by a delivery order. Delivery of data is F.O.B. Destination as specified by each order. This notice is a synopsis, does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) and it is not a commitment by the U.S. Navy to procure subject equipment. Contract D.A. Offers must be submitted in the format specified in the solicitation to be considered. Submitting a bid from the NECO web site by clicking on the "Submit Bid" does not guarantee offers will be received by the proper person in the correct format. It is the responsibility of offerors to download the RFP and to submit offers to the POC at NSWC Crane to be considered.
