- NAICS Code: 561990 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) Office of Environmental Information (OEI) Office of Technology Operations and Planning (OTOP) intends to award and issue a modification to Purchase Order EP06H001063 using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Gartner Group, Inc. 4501 N. Fairfax Drive 8th Floor, Arlington, VA 22203 to provide Symposium/ITXPO Tickets and Summit Ticket. The period of performance is expected to end on December 31, 2006. A determination not to compete this modification has been made because Gartner Group is the only source capable of providing the required services. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. Response to this notice must be submitted within (15) days after this electronic posting. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within discretion of the Government.
