- Description
- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 6 Office has a request for quote to provide coaching sessions for EPA Region 6, Supervisors, Managers and Team leaders. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This will be a firm fixed price purchase order. The purchase order will have a base period of one year and two option periods of one year each. The estimated start date is on or about October 1, 2006. This procurement is a 100% set aside for Small businesses with NAICS code of 611430 - Professional and Management Development Training. The small business size standard is $6.5 million. Proposals received from other than small business concerns will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of each offeror to review web pages at Federal Business Opportunities (FBO), (http://www.fbo.gov) and EPA Region 6 RFQs (http://www.epa.gov/region6/rfq) for notice of amendments, updates or changes to current information. The RFQ and statement of work is located at EPA Region 6 website. All vendors interested must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. The last day to ask questions for this RFQ is Thursday, September 7, 2006. All quotes are due, September 12, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. CST.
