Description

General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, Northwest/Arctic Region 10 has a requirement for Conference Room Rentals and Audio Visual and Food Services from October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2011. The government intends to award one or more Blanket Purchase Agreements. This solicitation is restricted to a geographic area within commuting distance (50 mile radius) of Auburn, Washington or within five (5) miles of SeaTac Airport, SeaTac, Washington. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Please email Sue Saucier at sue.saucier@gsa.gov for a complete solicitation package that includes: Blanket Purchase Agreement, Schedule of Services and Pricing with Instructions, Scope of Work, Terms and Conditions, Past Performance Package and a draft version of the FY2007 Training Schedule.
