Description

The General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 9,140 rentable square feet of office and related space. Rentable space must yield a minimum of 7,569 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of space to a maximum of 7,950 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of space to use by the Government for personnel, furnishings and equipment. The proposed lease term will be for ten (10) years with the Government having cancellation rights any time after expiration of the 5th year. The property must be located within the following delineated area within Far Rockaway, NY: Beginning at intersection of Beach 125th Street and Beach Channel Drive, NORTH: Beach Channel Drive to Beach 84th Street; EAST: Beach 84th Street to one block south of Rockaway Beach Blvd.; SOUTH: one block south of Rockaway Beach Blvd to Beach 125th Street.; WEST: Beach 125th Street to place of beginning. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of the property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space. All submissions must include the method of measurement used to determine the amount of rentable square feet.
