- Description
- The Phoenix Area Indian Health Service (I.H.S.) intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract for tribal consultation services. Services shall be provided by the Inter-Tribal Council of Arizona (I.T.C.A). Arizona Tribes have identified I.T.C.A as the organization to receive and coordinate health care issues between federal, state, and local agencies. This coordination is with nineteen tribes located within Arizona and encompassing the Phoenix and Tucson Indian Health Service area. The Phoenix Area Indian Health Service anticipates a cost reimbursement contract award with a base year and three option years. The tentative issue date of the solicitation is August 31, 2006 with a response date of September 19, 2006.
