The machine should - Have pure steam output between 500 lb/hr and 700 lb/hr fro m the steam generator. - Have water for injection (WFI) output of 50 gallon per hou r from condenser unit. - Have economic utility consumption, for example, cooling wa ter consumption for condenser not more than 65 gallon per mi nute at 40F in and 55F out as chilled water, or 20 gallon pe r minute at 70F in and 120F out as city water. - Have Allen Bradley PLC control system with panelview for b oth steam generator and condenser. - Need feedwater conductivity meter to protect the steam gen erator column. - Have 316L stainless steel materials for all the valves and lines. - Have all pure steam and WFI contact surfaced 25 Ra mechani cal polish. - Need automatic feedwater level control and pressure contro l. - Have established support with the maintenance contracts fo r parts and services. - Provide delivery, the proper training and warranty.
