- The Nonappropriated Fund Instrumentality (NAF) has a requirement for printing of the monthly newspaper. The newspaper is a 4-page tabloid, 16.5? web/45# 4 color process all pages, 700 mail handling, mail labels, postage, UPS, 7 boxes. Contractor must provide 6,055 newspapers, 700 are to be mailed by contractor per list provided by the marketing department. The remainder of the newspapers must be shipped to the marketing department via UPS. All newspapers mailed and shipped must be received by addressee on or before the 1st of each month. The copy layout will be provided electronically by the marketing department no later than the 17th of each month. Period of performance is 01 Oct 06 ? 30 Sep 07. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 323119. The anticipated date the solicitation will be uploaded to www.eps.gov is 06 Sep 06. All interested parties must download the solicitation from www.eps.gov; Copies are not available for mailing.
