Description: We intend to award a sole source contract to Nova Engineering Inc., 5 Circle Freeway Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45246 to purchase a custom built Modular Upgradeable Rack Mountable S-band Transmitter Unit. The NAICS Code is 334220. The S-Band Transmitter is compatible with the existing equipment and the prototype hardware and firmware design is proprietary to the manufacturer.
