Description

The Army Contracting Agency, Contracting Center of Excellence, CCE, on behalf of the Office of the Deputy, Under Secretary of Defense, Technology Security Policy & National Disclosure Policy, International Security Programs, (ODUSD (TSP&NDP) ISP), He adquarters Department of the Army (HQDA), DCS, G-2, DAMI-CD, Pentagon, Arlington, VA, and Tampa, FL, expects to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to acquire advice and recommendations to transform and maintain Foreign Disclosure Policy Certification, Trainin g, and Education for all Department of Defense components. This Pre-Solicitation Notice will be amended when the Solicitation is released. This effort is an 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set Aside. NAICS code 541512. Size Standard, $23 Million Dollars. The Contractor will provide support as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Support services include Subject Matter Expert Level I, Subject Matter Expert Level II, Management Analyst, Senior Analyst, Systems Analyst, and Administrative Assist ant services. The anticipated Period of Performance is a Base Year of 12 Months and Four (4) One-Year Option Periods. An amendment to this notice will announce the Solicitation release.
