Description: CONTACT Adrian Moons, Engineer, (732) 532 9687. This is a market survey to locate sources for remanufactured diesel engines for the MEP-006A 60 KW, 50/60 Hz Mil Std Generator Set. We are buying a quantity of 50 each. The top assembly drawing for this ENGINE, DIESEL is 70-1049-2. Suppliers capable of furnishing these engines must so indicate, by writing to: Commander, USACECOM, ATTN: AMSEL-LC-CCS-E-GN, Building 1200W, Ft. Monmouth, NJ 07703-5000, or Email to adrian.moons@mail1.monmouth.army.mil. Succes sful supplier may be required to warrant that the engines supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army. The deadline for response is September 15, 2006.
