- Requirement for annual preventive maintenance services for 3 each Circulatory Assist Units, Manufacturer: DATASCOPE, Mdl# CS100. Offeror must have a minimum one (1) year of experience in maintaining the equipment specified. Service will be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the performance work statement for the Bio-Medical Maintenance Section at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii. Solicitation W81K02-06-T-0138 applies. This is a firm fixed-price, non-personal services, t ype contract. Service to include: all labor, parts, material, replacement of batteries & safety disks, on-call 24/7 emergency on-site repair and technical phone support, travel to maintain the government owned equipment IAW MFG specifications. Equipment w ill have two (2) Preventive Maintenance (PM) visits for each contract year and provide staff training. See performance work statement in solicitation for further performance requirements and standards. Contract period is a base year (20 Sept 2006 to 19 Se pt 2007) plus four 12-month option years through 19 Sept 2011. The proposed acquisition is unrestricted. The NAICS code is 811219.
