Description

Lakehurst Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst New Jersey has a requirement for the following items in support of the Common Rack and Launcher Test Set (CRALTS) for the Spanish Air Force?s: Conduit Assembly, Metal, P/N- 3260AS424, quantity-1 each; Connector Assembly, Electrical, P/N-3260AS248-1, quantity-1 each, and P/N- 3260AS1134, quantity-1each; Connector Assembly, P/N-3260AS1135, quantity-1 each; Curcuit Card Assembly, P/N-3260AS131-1, quantity-1 each; Cable Assembly, P/N-3260AS306-1, quantity-1 each, P/N- 3260AS308-1, quantity-1 each, and P/N-3260AS309-1, quantity-1 each; Connector, Plug, P/N-3260AS1049, quantity-1 each, P/N-3260AS1147, quantity-1 each, P/N-3260AS1238, quantity-1 each, and P/N-M8723-76R10005N, quantity- 1 each. The Government intends to procure these items under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(C) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. DRS Technologies holds proprietary rights to the Common Rack and Launcher Test Set (CRALTS) P/N-3260AS100-3 and solely possess the technical data necessary to deliver the required parts. DRS Technologies of Fort Walton Beach, FL is the only known authorized source for direct distribution of the specialized part numbers listed above. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which may be considered by the government in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (23-AUG-2006).
