- The 96 Contracting Squadron, 96 CONS/MSCBA at Eglin AFB, Florida intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for five (5) each Boats ? Brand Name or Equal: 2006 Tracker Grizzly 1654 SC All-Welded Package, with trailer and 25 EL four stroke motor. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quotation is being requested, and a written request for quotation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) FITTCJ6194A100. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 336612, with a small business standard size of 500 employees. This notice is a 100% small business set-aside requirement. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. Offerors shall provide a brand name or equal. FAR Clause 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal applies to this acquisition. Offerors providing an or-equal product shall provide specification sheets or product literature for evaluation by the requesting activity with their proposal submission. Construction: Mod V Hull Design, Heavy Gauge 5052 Marine Aluminum Alloy Hull, All-Welded Construction, etc.; Electrical: Aerator with switch, Navigational Light with switch. Exterior: Paint, olive drab. Functional: Accessory mounting channel in gunnel, aerated livewell, bow storage compartment, portable gas tank, lifting handles, drain plug. Interior: 2 movable fold-down fishing seats, 2 seat pedestal bases, aft bench seat, extended deck (bow) with pedestal base. Warranties: All-welded limited lifetime warranty, one year component warranty, flotation meets or exceeds NMMA and U.S. Coast Guard requirements.
