Description

(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement does not constitute the only solicitation ; quotations are being requested and written solicitations will be issued. (ii) The reference number is W912ES-06-T-0059 and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). CLOSING DATE AND TIME ARE 12 September 2006 AT 2:30PM CDT. (iii) The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect at the time of publication. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The full text of the Fed eral Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations supplement (DFARs) can be accessed on the Internet at http://www.arnet.gov/far/ (iv) This solicitation is 100 percent set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Concerns.
