Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice. There is no solicitation available at this time. Requests for solicitation will not receive a response. This is published for market research purposes only and in no way obligates the Government in an award of any contract. This notice seeks to identify qualified sources from Industry. The Defense Contract Audit Agency has a requirement for maintenance serivce for 28 Xerox copiers located in offices in Baltimore, Laurel and Annappolis, MD; San Diego, Anaheim, Mountain View, El Segundo and San Jose, CA; King of Prussia, PA; Garland, Richardson and Greenville, TX; Rochester and Hudson, NY; Chantilly, Oakton, Fairlakes, Falls Church, Fort Belvoir and Reston, VA; St Louis, MO; Tucson, AZ; Orlando, FL; Hudson, NH. Quantities and model numbers are one 470C, DC255, 5034ZTAS, DC12, DC4CP, DC432AS and Fiery X12; two 5624TA, DC220C2, WC55 and WCPRO35; three WC45; five DC214 and DC230C2 copiers. All of the locations listed above, except Fort Belvoir, require that the maintenance technicians providing the service have a security clearance of Top Secret, Special Compartmented Information (TSSCI). The period of performance is one year with the possibility of no more than four options years. Interested vendors can submit thier responses to this notice indicating their interest via e-mail before 4 pm Eastern Daylight Time on the response date listed in this notice.
