Description

Requirement for annual preventive maintenance services for 2 each SYSTEM 1 Heart-Lung Bypass Units (model 801763, manf: TERUMO) and their associated components. See solicitation for full list of components. Offeror must have a minimum one (1) year of experience in maintaining the equipment specified. Service will be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the performance work statement for the Bio-Medical Maintenance Section at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii. Solicitatio n W81K02-06-T-0143 applies. This is a firm fixed-price, non-personal services, type contract. Service to include: all labor, parts, material, test equipment, on-call 24/7 emergency on-site repair and technical phone support, travel to maintain the governme nt owned equipment IAW MFG specifications. Equipment will have two (2) Preventive Maintenance (PM) visits for each contract year and provide staff training. See performance work statement in solicitation for further performance requirements and standards . Contract period is a base year (20 Sept 2006 to 19 Sept 2007) plus four 12-month option years through 19 Sept 2011. The proposed acquisition is unrestricted. The NAICS code is 811219.
