- This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Vacuum End Miniature Circular Connector Plug Assemblies 1. Part Number: RTS13084-37-5020K Robert Technologies manufacturing or equal. Salient features: The Plug assembly shall have front and rear Ryton thermal set plastic inserts, nickel plated aluminum alloy body 1.234 inches long, (2.219 inches long including the cable clamp assembly), 1.344 inches in diameter with push-pull coupling ring to positively lock to the feed-through and 37 copper crimp socket contacts. Plug assembly shall be 100% compatible with existing Duetsch feed-throughs. Vendors shall provide a sample plug assembly to purchaser for compatibility verification. Quantity: 25 2.Atmospheric End Miniature Circular Connector Plug Assembly. Part Number: RTS07-37S-059 Robert Technologies manufacturing or equal. Salient features: The Plug assembly shall have front and rear Silicon rubber inserts, nickel plated aluminum alloy body 1.234 inches long, (2.219 inches long including the cable clamp assembly), 1.344 inches in diameter with push-pull coupling ring to positively lock to the feed-through and 37 copper crimp socket contacts. Plug assembly shall be 100% compatible with existing Duetsch feed- throughs. Vendors shall provide a sample plug assembly to purchaser for compatibility verification. Quantity: 25 3.Vacuum Penetration Miniature Circular Connector Power Plug Assembly. Part Number: DM5623-3719PP-8 Robert Technologies manufacturing or equal. Salient features: The vacuum penetration miniature circular connector power plug shall have 6 ea #8 gauge power pin contact, 13 each #20 gauge contacts on a glass to metal hermetically sealed stainless steel shell body, jam nut mounted for maximum panel thickness of .5 inch, leakage rate of less than or equal to 1 x 10-9 cc/sec, temperature range of -50C to 200C, Insulation resistance of 5000 megohms @ 500 VD, 1 ?? long x 1 ?? outside body diameter x 1 ?? -18 UNEF 2A thread. Vendors shall provide a sample plug assembly to purchaser for compatibility verification. Quantity: 25 4.Vacuum End Miniature Circular Connector Power Socket Plug Assembly. Part Number: RTS13084-37-19S-8-059 Robert Technologies manufacturing or equal. Salient features: The Power Socket Plug Assembly shall have front and rear Ryton thermal set plastic inserts, nickel plated aluminum alloy body 1.234 inches long, (2.219 inches long including the cable clamp assembly), 1.344 inches in diameter with push-pull coupling ring to positively lock to the feed-through and 8 #8 gauge removable power socket contacts, 13 # 20 gauge removable socket contacts. Plug assembly shall be 100% compatible with existing Duetsch feed-through. Vendors shall provide a sample plug assembly to purchaser for compatibility verification. Quantity: 25 5.Atmospheric End Miniature Circular Connector Power Plug Assembly. Part Number: RTS07-37-19S-8-059 Robert Technologies manufacturing or equal. Salient features: The Plug assembly shall have front and rear inches long including the cable clamp assembly), 1.344 inches in diameter with push-pull coupling ring to positively lock to the feed-through and 8 #8 gauge removable power socket contacts, 13 # 20 gauge removable socket contacts. Plug assembly shall be 100% compatible with existing Duetsch feed-through. Vendors shall provide a sample plug assembly to purchaser for compatibility verification. Quantity: 25 This procurement is a total small business set-aside. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Delivery to MFSC to be determined on award of purchase order. Delivery shall be FOB Destination. The DPAS rating for this procurement is DO-C9 Offers for the items(s) described above are due by 9/8/2006 4:30 p.m. CST to Joseph Hobson and must include, solicitation number, FOB destination to this Center, proposed delivery schedule, discount/payment terms, warranty duration (if applicable), taxpayer identification number (TIN), identification of any special commercial terms, and be signed by an authorized company representative. Offerors shall provide the information required by FAR 52.212-1 (JAN 2006), Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, which is incorporated by reference. If the end product(s) offered is other than domestic end product(s) as defined in the clause entitled "Buy American Act -- Supplies," the offeror shall so state and shall list the country of origin.
