Description

The Defense Logistics Agency, Enterprise Support Office intends to award a sole source fixed price Purchase Order using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, to Enterprise Integration, Inc. under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) or 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1. The purpose of this procurement is to provide Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) with a web-based ARIS Business Architect software. The ARIS Toolset is the approved standard tool for building and analyzing Enterprise Architecture products at DLA. IDS Sheer is the OEM for ARIS Business Architect software.The anticipated contract dollar amount is $126,540.05 for a period of five months. The following specifications for the ARIS Enterprise are as follows: Server licenses (to increase from 25 to 70 users) with software maintenance. Client licenses with software maintenance. a. 37 ARIS Business Designer 7.01 b. 1 ARIS Business Designer 7.01 with SAP NetWeaver Upgrades for four older client licenses c. 2 upgrade ARIS Toolset Defense Solutions (Win) to ARIS Business Architect Defense Solutions 7.0 d. Upgrade ARIS Toolset for SAP Netweaver to ARIS Business Architect for SAP NetWeaver 7.0 e. Upgrade ARIS Web Publisher to ARIS Business Publisher 7.0 NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE IS AVAILABLE. Notwithstanding, any firm who believe it is capable of meeting the requirement as stated herein may submit a response, which if received within 7 calendar days of the date of this announcement will be considered. Responses to this posting must be in writing. A determination not to compete the proposed purchase order based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
