Description

Special notice to award a sole source contract to Information Engineering Technology (IET) LTD, Duckmead Housefarleigh Wick Bradford on Avon GBR BA15-PU2. The Defense Reutilization and Marketing Service (DRMS) requires maintenance and silver support for GuardIEN Software. Support required for 50 users + XOS. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, award will be made to IET as they are the owner of the software and are the only known source who can provide this support. If there are any other firms who can satisfy this requirement, please submit a response/proposal by close of business 15 Sept. 2006.
