- Solicitation for NSN 1560-01-310-8620. Drawings, interim procurement descriptions and deviation lists may be examined or obtained from Defense Supply Center Richmond. Export Control Applies. This solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with a base year and four option years. The estimated annual demand for is 168 each. The maximum contract quantity per year is 336 each. The guaranteed minimum is 42 each for the base year only. The requested delivery schedule is 269 days after receipt of order. This item requires First Article Testing-Government. This solicitation contains a surge requirement. The total surge quantity is 108 each. The required delivery schedule for the surge requirement: 18 each - 30 Days ARO / 18 each - 60 Days ARO / 18 each - 90 Days ARO / 18 each - 120 Days ARO / 18 each - 150 Days ARO / 18 each - 180 Days ARO. Contractors are required to submit a surge plan detailing how they intend to meet both surge schedule and quantity requirements. ABVS applies, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
