Description

The U. S. Food and Drug Administration intends to award a purchase order to Jemal's Best, LLC of Rockville, MD on a sole source basis for 62 parking spaces located at 12345 Parklawn Drive, Rockville, MD 20852-1725 for a term of 12 months plus with an option for 12 months. This action is proposed on a sole source basis because of the necessary close proximity of the source's parking facilities to FDA facilities located at 12345 Parklawn Drive, Rockville, MD 1725. The proposed source is for commercial services for which the Government intents to solicit and negotiate with only one source. This is not a request for quotes; however, sources may submit descriptive literature, which fully demonstrates their capability to provide parking in close proximity the FDA facilities for consideration by the agency. Interested persons may identify their interest by responding to this requirement within 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; and no other notices or solcitations will be issued. This acquisition is not being set aside.
