- Description
- This is a notice of intent to award on a sole-source basis for the commercial items in accordance with FAR Part 12 procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice; a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), citizenship & Immigration Service (CIS) intends to contract with ACF Technologies Inc. PO Box 309, Skyland, NC 28876, for purchase and installation of Dynamic and Active Content Management System for Digital Signage (ACMS) and Redundant Software / Qnomy Q-Flow Queing hardware and software. Service will be provided to multiple USCIS locations nationwide. This contract is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with ACF Technologies under the authority 41 U.S.C. 253 ( c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 unless additional sources are located. This notice is being solicited on a sole-source basis unless alternate sources are located.
