- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), # HSCG37-06-Q-6PW293. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-11. This solicitation is unrestricted. The NAICS code is 333314; the small business size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is being solicited with the intent of issuing/negotiating a sole source purchase order with Olympus Industrial America, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. NO SPECIFICATIONS,DRAWINGS, OR SCHEMATICS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THIS AGENCY. Contract line item is as follows: 1. Industrial Videoscope Kit- Olympus item #K23000193, IV7630X2N IPLEX MX-R KIT- Kit consists of N2318122 Videoscope, N1267242 Battery Charger, and N2316500 LI-ION Battery- 2 EA Delivery is required 45 days after receipt of order(ARO) , Fob/Inspection/Acceptance at the following destination: CG TACLET PACAREA, MARINE CORPS RECRUITING DEPOT, 34000 GUADALCANAL AVE, San Diego, Ca 92140-5497. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial items, does not apply; quotes will be evaluated on price alone.
