- The Drug Enforcement Administration(DEA) intends to award a contract for the removal and disposal of hazardous waste. This solicitation covers the requirements for the management of "hazardous waste," as defined herein, seized by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), or seized by state or local law enforcement agencies and authorized by DEA for removal from domestic clandestine drug laboratories, DEA's Forensic Laboratories, DEA's Office of Training, and other waste-generating activities authorized by DEA. This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set Aside and will solely be issued at DEA's acquisition website at http://www.dea.gov. Click on Acquisitions; Then, Open Solicitations. Hardcopies of the RFP will not be available. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copies of the solicitation and any amendments.
