The Department of Justice intends to negotiate a one year contract with LAZ Parking Mid-Atlantic, Inc., the current operator of the parking facility at 600 E Street, NW, to bridge the time and ensure continuity of services. The contract will be for a twelve month base period plus an option to extend up to 12 additional months should additional time be required to finalize the DOJ lease.
