Description

The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS) has a requirement to provide services that include Pharmaceutical products and services to VA Beneficiaries seen at the Department of Veterans Affairs Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC's) located in five (5) areas as follows: Greensburg, Aliquippa, Washington and Uniontown located in Pennsylvania and St. Clairsville, OHIO. These services shall include the dispensing of Pharmaceuticals when clinic staff determines that they are EMERGENT. ONLY NEW PRESCRIPTIONS WILL BE FILLED. The contractor must have a minimium of one pharmacy within a 10 miles radius of each VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic. This solicitation is being issued as a Request For Quotation. The NAICS code is 446110 and the size standard is 6 million. The anticipated issue date is August 8, 2006.
