- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation FA4877-06-Q-0541 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-05. (iv) This procurement is being issued under the NAICS code 334210. (v) The contractor shall provide the following items: A voice communication multiplexer and remote interface for multiple radio operability. The system should allow several users to relay and operate several various radio transmission devices from a single remote location allowing for voice command and command and control and passing information to operations centers and headquarters locations.
