- SCOPE OF WORK: The contractor is required to start work on Friday at 4:00 pm until Saturday at 4:00 pm. This is to be accomplished in one weekend. Contractor us required to remove light fixtures to allow to get inside congested hard ceiling and reinstall light fixtures. Contractor is required to dress up in (Greens) O.R. clothing, furnished by the government. All work shall be coordinated one week in advance. PERFORMANCE PERIOD: 24 hours or less for complete installation of six new HEPA filters with hospital accrediation, air balance and acceptance, LOCATION: Services to be performed at the facility, building 4550 (WHMC) this facility is located within the confines of Lackland Air Force Base, Texas. All commercial vehicles are required to enter the Base at the Growden Road gate Westside of runway. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Contractor shall be responsibile to verify existing conditions, limitations and field measurements before starting job. Work is to remove one existing hepa in-line filter in hallway, and remove six existing diffuser in the operating room, and install six 24 X 24 X 11.5" gauge, 99.999% at 0.3 micrometers, 1.30" w.g. All work shall conform to ASHRAE systems and equipment. Test for leaks, air balance and accrediation certification.
