- This is a Sources Sought Synopsis. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. This SOURCES SOUGHT synopsis constitutes market research. Air Force Office of Scientific Research (AFOSR) seeks potential sources to possibly provide the below services under one contract for the Arlington, VA location. Potential sources should provide a capability statement to include such items as: company name & address, size status, disadvantaged business status, if any, NAICS code, Cage Code and GSA schedule information; if applicable. AFOSR requires contractor support in the following areas; Administrative support - All of the AFOSR directorates to include but not limited to command section, contracting, finance, research, international office, protocol and public affairs. Technical Support: Financial Management - All areas of DoD Financial Support Services. Should have a mastery of the following DoD Financial applications IAPS, CRIS, MAPPER, G2, BQ, ABSS, OARS, MOCAS. Conferences - Ability to plan and execute a wide range of conferences, workshops, symposia, etc; at multiple locations both stateside and abroad simultaneously. Vehicle logistics - Ability to provide at least one (1) van and one (1) sedan and all services required for operation, maintenance and insurance of said vehicles. Public Affairs, Historian, Visual Communications and Protocol Services. Scientific Support - Ability to provide scientific coordination and liaison with Academia. Ability to provide technical, analytical, and programmatic support for the various AFOSR international programs, including: Engineer and Scientist Exchange Program (ESEP), Window on Europe (WOE), Window on Asia (WOA), Window on the Americas (WOAm), and the von Karman Institute (VKI) for Fluid Dynamics, Rhode-St-Genese, Belgium. Interested sources are encouraged to provide a concise capability statement, limited to three pages, addressing the past three years of experience relevant to the above described functions, to include experience in similar programs. Any information submitted by respondents to this synopsis is strictly voluntary. The Government WILL NOT pay for any information that is submitted by respondents to this SOURCES SOUGHT request.
