- This notice for commercial items is posted as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for reference number FA4613-06-Q-0030. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.202 (a) (13), exceptions to publicizing contract actions, there will not be a pre-solicitation notice posted for this required action. Additional information pertaining to this RFQ is currently available and can be accessed by clicking on link located above, entitled FA4613-06-Q-0030. The proposed contract listed is set aside for small business, and applies to Northern American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) 923110. Description of requirement: provide all personnel, transportation and other items necessary to perform Protestant Religious Education Coordinator services as defined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Additionally offeror must conform to all requirements listed in the statement of work (part of the solicitation). All offerors *must* be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (www.ccr.gov) on the Internet. Quotes will be evaluated for price and compatibility with specifications. Quotes shall include pricing information to include unit price and extended total as well as the completed provision at FAR 52.212-3 (June 2006), Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer.
