- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F2Y3CE6240A100 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-27. This acquisition is set aside exclusively for HUBZone business concerns. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 561730. The size standard for a small business under the NAICS code is $6.5 million annual gross revenue. The services being solicited are for basic grounds maintenance on McChord AFB. For a detailed Statement of Work, Pricing Schedule and Wage Determination please email your request or call Kellen Logan (contact information is contained at the bottom of this document). A site visit is scheduled 11 September 06 at 9 AM PST. Contractors are highly encouraged to attend. Contractors attending the site visit will meet at the main gate visitor center at McChord AFB 30 minute?s prior and will be escorted to the site location. All line items will be awarded in the aggregate. Services will be performed for the period of 1 October 2006 ? 31 October 2006 with the option of one (1) month extensions for a maximum period of six (6) months. Place of Performance is: McChord AFB, WA 98438. FOB Destination. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial applies to this acquisition.
