Description: Provide all labor, tools, and equipment necessary to provide support for Compaq equipment: 1EA CPQ-DLT35/70, 2EA CPQ Proliant 6000, 1EA CPQ Proliant 6500, and 2EA CPQ Proliant ML370. SCOPE OF WORK - Support hardware maintenance services (24 hours per day - 7 days a week - 4 hours onsite response time. The contractor will provide on-call service and maintenance with a response time of no more than 4 hours. The contractor shall coordinate with the customer to ensure access to MacDill AFB. The contractor shall coordinate work schedule with the end-user to minimize effect on facility patrons.
