Description

Andrews AFB intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) contract for Motorola Radios. This commercial acquisition will be accomplished in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The contractor is expected to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items to fulfill this requirement. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), which can be found at http://www.ccr.gov/. The NAICS code is 423690 and the size standard is 100 employees. The solicitation notices and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting System (EPS) site at www.fedbizopps.gov. No paper copies will be issued. When the solicitation is posted it is incumbent upon interested parties to review the aforementioned site regularly foy any updates/amendments to any and all documents. In accordance with FAR Clause 5.207 (c)(2)(xv), all responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the Agency. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, it does not restrict the Government's ultimate approach, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any quote preparation costs. The solicitation will be posted on or about 05 September 2006.
