- Description
- The U. S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Buxco Electronics, Inc., 219 Station Road, Suite 202, Wilmington, NC 28405-3713. The contrac tor shall provide a Resistance/Compliance Analyzer System with software and supporting components of the system. These are proprietary items. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334516 and the size standard i s 500 employees. Interested persons may identify their interest, in writing, to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 5:00 PM , Eastern Daylight Time, September 8, 2006.
