- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The Directorate of Contracting, Fort Drum, New York, intends to award a Sole Source contract to D.I.J Construction, Inc. This award is for a 1992 (Used)Ford CF 8000 Cabover Paint Truck with 153 wheelbase: 123 cab to axle 7.8L V-8 Diesel, VIN #1FDYH81A5NVA07257. Current mileage is 73,000, GVW 33,000 LBS. Two color multiple line (3 guns on left and 1 gun on right) 200-gallon capacity for each color. Equipped with arrowboard, Camera guidance system on both si des. Stainless steel tanks and manifolds. The anticipated date of award is on or about 15 Sep 06. This request is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this requiremen t based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
