- Contractor to furnish all labor, material, transportation and supervision necessary for the operation of the Regional Training Sites Medical Program (RTS-MED). RTS-MED provides training and maintenance services to all Adaptive Medical Increments and provides a setting for training, facilitating, integrating and synchronizing all functional areas of the Medical Battlefield Operating Systems (BOS). Primary training sites are located at Fort Gordon, GA, Camp Parks, CA and Fort McCoy, WI. The resulting contract will be a Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF) with a one month phase-in period and an eleven month base period with four one-year option periods.
