- Description
- Sole Source. The United States Army Contracting Agency, Southern Region, Yuma Directorate, Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona, intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with Nathan Green, 722 W. Calle Amistad, Somerto n, AZ 85350. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 711130 with standard size of $6.5 million. This contract will consist of one Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001 Quantity: 52, Unit of Issue: Each, Description: Provide a Worship n Pra ise Band for 52 one-hour services that will be scheduled every Wednesday by Chaplain Werho for an entire year 01 Oct 2006 - 30 Sept 2007. Price is per performance and is a firm fixed price for the minimum of a four-member band. The price shall include gas for the band to and from U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground, AZ . The band will be responsible for bringing their guitars, drums, amps, etc. YPG will provide the sound system to run the equipment and voices. Award of this requirement willl be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements or submit proposals. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOS ALS. If you feel that your firm possesses the ability to provide these requirements, then you must respond by demonstrating your firms technical capability to meet these requirements by 08 September 2006, 11:00 am MST. In order to protect propriety information and prevent the unintentional releasing of guarded information all interested firms must conduct their own research regarding the specifications of the above listed item.
