Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The requirement for the Vibration Management System is being advertised IAW FAC 05-11 under NAICS 334519 as a small business set-aside. The system requirement is The system to consist of the the following Intelligent Automation Corporation parts or equal system. Vendors offering an alternate brand of system must provide product literature for determination of equality. 1. Final Assembly, Modern Signal Processing Unit Vibration Manageme nt Enhancement Program System, CH47-D PN: 1209-2300-FA-R1 Qty. 10 2. Final Assembly, Remote Head, CH-47D PN: 1209-2040-FA-R1 Qty. 10 3. Final Assembly, USB Memory Drive, CH47 PN: 1209-2360-FA-R1 Qty. 10 4. Ground Kit, H47 PN: 1209-2320-FA-R2 Qty. 3. FOB Point is - MO-AVCRAD, 2501 Lester Jones Ave., Springfield, MO 65803 and is to be quoted as Destination. The following provisions and clauses are applicable to this requirement: 52.211-6 Brand Name o r Equal, 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Item, 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Item to be based on the following criteria: The Government shall award a contract to the offeror that is capable of providing a technically acceptable system for Vi bration Management Enhancement. Contractors offering an alternate product must provide literature than describes the technical capability of the equipment being offered for an equality determination. Past Performance will be evaluated by telephonic surve y conducted with three (3) references provided with your offer to include the company/agency name, telephone number and the name of an individual that has knowledge of your delivery and customer support abilities. Competitive Pricing.
