- CONTACT Carlos Diaz, Electronics Engineer, (732)532-5144. Sources sought for Spares part of the AN/TPN-31 Air Traffic Navigation Integration and Coordination System (ATNAVICS) and the AN/FPN-67 Fixed Based Precision Approach Radar (FBPAR). These syst ems provide radar surveillance and air traffic control to military and commercial aircraft. The Government does not possess specifications and/or detailed drawings for the spares to be procured. Currently, the said spares are being provided by Raytheon Ele ctronics Systems, Sudbury, MA. Raytheon is the original developer and integrator of the AN/TPN-31 and AN/FPN-67 systems. As part of this acquisition effort, changes to existing software may be needed so that the spare achieves the required performance with in the system. Software is proprietary to Raytheon and is not available for competitive procurement.
