Description
The U.S. Army Engineer District, New Orleans, has a requirement to replace the current hard-wired control system with a Programmable Logic Control (PLC) system, providing a new hard-wired backup control system (including new control wiring), interfac ing existing controllers, adding weather monitoring instrumentation, and interfacing existing security system components at the Old River Lock, located at 21412 LA Hwy 15. Solicitation W912P8-06-R-0233 is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The applicable Standard Industrial Code is 5045 and the business size is $23,000,000.00. The NAICS code is 541511. This solicitation is issued as unrestricted.
