- Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, WA intends to award a purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) for a Headlight Camera System that is brand name or equal to the Microlux Headlight Camera System Model Number 00-3085-NTSC. This pre-solicitation notice was published 29 August 2006 under pre-solicitation number W91YU0-06-T-0040; which has been cancelled and is now W91YU0-06-T-0041. This solicitation for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W91YU0-06-T-0041 and is issued as a commercial solicitation. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect thr ough the Federal Acquisition Regulation and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 423450. Please acknowledge all requirements on proposals. Offerors must provide brochures/literature of the items being offered along with their proposal, if applicable. The technical literature submitted needs to clearly communicate the offerors understanding and compliance with the minimum requirements as set forth in the specifications or any alternativ e proposal submitted in response to this solicitation. Any salient characteristics of items must be documented in the proposals. Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, and transportation necessary to accomplish this requirement.
