- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the purchase of Vacuum Hose Please Quote URFLEX #1 Manufacture ?KURIYAMA? ONLY these hoses have been tested and accepted and meets all our requirements. Please quote hoses in fifty (50) foot lengths (one continuous length). Item 01; Vacuum Hose 2 inch, QTY 1600 feet. Item 02; Vacuum Hose 3 inch, QTY 1600 feet. Item 03. Vacuum Hose 4 inch, QTY 2600 feet. Item 04; Poly-Air Cable/Hose P/N 530-00 to be provided in one (1) continues length rolls of (750 feet) total of 4500 feet. Item 05; Stubby Nozzle P/N 106-6 W/Bushing, Qty 15 each. ALL MATERIAL MUST BE RECEIVED ON LATER THAN September 22, 2006. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation; and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. This announcement is issued as request for quotation N00189-06-Q-PS24 and set-aside for Small Business. The standard NAICS classification is 326220. This quotation incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition Circular ?latest?. Pricing shall be FOB Destination (Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery ME.). The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to offerors ? Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (Note: Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) text is available at http://www.arnet.gov/far.) Quotations shall include the vendor?s Cage code, DUNs number, TIN (taxpayer identification number). Quotations shall be on company letterhead in company format and may be faxed to (207) 438-1251 ATTN: Robert Seaward.
