Description
NAICS Code: 5616 The purpose of this amendment is to add the additional requirement for printer and security laminate. Additional key componenets of the Agency's EPASS Badge (PIV Card) is the printer with the laminate (CR-80 Poly Guard 1.0 mil thickness) containg the high security feature(s) with up to four element choices for holographic. The printer must be capable of single or dual side lamination with a smart chip laminate layout to operate on a networked CMS. Pricing for the printer should include options for one to five printers with in-line encoding for smart cards, the laminate setup costs to include the options for the holographic security features, and the breadkdown of the costs for purchasing the laminate, color ribbons and other printer consumables. Any firm believing it has products meeting the FIPS requirements as stated herein and the requirements of the Card Management System stated in RFQ-DC-06-00364 may submit a quote, which if received by close of business September 12, 2006 will be considered.
