Description
The Classification Code has changed to R-Professional, Administrative, and Management Support Services. The additional information listed below has also been changed: This notice constitutes the synopsis of GS-03P-06-CD-C-0083. Provide 28 user licenses for access to a commercial real estate information electronic database including, but not limited to a full inventory (based on geography) of office and industrial space available complete with many useful details (age of building, recent renovations, photos, floor plans, owners, how many elevators are in the building, etc). It provides a directory of real estate professionals in the area, alerts users to any changes in the marketplace, has a multitude of reports and graphs that can be used in reporting or advertising the space and allows for dynamic mapping of potential property locations. The tool allows realty specialists to search for available office space by simply running a query based on an agency's space requirements, and to prepare a brief fact sheet on the property before taking the client on a market survey. Realty Specialists can also use the Analytics tool to receive daily updates on changes in their respective markets, including new space that comes on line and activity that meets the Realty Specialist's profile. Asset Managers can run reports on historical trends in a given community, vacant space reports and absorption data in the community and utilize market information for rate justifications in prospectuses which are reviewed by Congress. Appraisers can access market rates and trends for comparison with contracted rent appraisals. The above Information Services shall be for the following real estate markets: Philadelphia, Wilmington, Camden, Trenton, Baltimore, Pittsburgh, Norfolk, and Richmond. The system will be used at the GSA Regional Office Building, the Strawbridge building, 20 N. 8th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107. The estimate dollar value for the procurement is between $65,000.00 and $115,000.00 annually. This procurement is unrestricted and subject to availability of funds. The NAICS CODE is 531390 with a size standard of 500 employees. This synopsis constitutes the Pre-Invitation Notice.
