- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Camden, AR The United States Government seeks to lease Office Space consisting of approximately 2,414 rentable square feet in Camden, AR within the following delineated area: North Boundary: Lewis Road (Rt. 205/518) to Rt. 229 South to Turner Road East Boundary: Cotton Belt Rd (86). South Boundary: US 278 West Boundary: Highway 79 N to Rt. 205/518 The space should yield a minimum of 1,744 BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 31, 2006. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. A minimum of 12 surface parking spaces is required. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing no later than September 19, 2006, and should include the following information: street address and building name, if applicable; square footage offered, name, address and phone number of individual to be contacted; and evidence of authority to represent the owner.
