Description

AMOUNT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease ofice space consisting of approximately 1,754 BOMA usable square feet of Class A office and related space, including 5 surface parking spaces. LOCATION: Space must be located within an area bounded by or fronting on the following streets: North- Hinkleville Road South- Blandville Road East- Interstate 24 West- Olivet Church Road REQUIRED: All services, supplies utilities, partitioning, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Prefer office space be located in a multi-story building. Office space not on first floor, below first floor, nor the top floor of the building without concurrence. TERM: The space is required by December 1, 2006, for 10 years, 5 years firm term with the Government having cancellation privileges after 5 years.
