- Description
- This project is limited to all qualified 8(a) firms located within the geographical boundaries of the San Antonio SBA District Office's responsibility. This acquisition is for repair/replace/install of roofing to various buildings, schools and medical facilities located on Randolph AFB, TX, Canyon Lake, Hondo Auxiliary Airfield, Seguin Auxiliary Airfield, Army & Air Force Exchange Services (AAFES). Work consists of, but is not limited to, removing and disposing of existing, roofing, metal work, underlayment, sheathing and wood members (if requested) including roll roofing, asphalt shingles, built-up roofing (BUR), clay tile and sheet metal roofs and replace with new; replace existing sheet metal roofs with new standing seam roofs; replace sheet decking, metalwork, items, wood fascia, roof framing, roof sheathing, and roof decking (wood and steel); and convert existing flat roof to pitched roofs using wood/metal framing and metal covering. The magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (23-MAY-2006).
