- Description
- This anticipated requirement is limited to Mississippi firms residing or primarily doing business in the State of Mississippi. This anticipated requirement will be a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside that will have multiple contracts awarded to several firms. Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Time and Material (T&M) provisions will be contained in these multiple award IDIQ contracts for group site management services, which include ground maintenance support services, within the states of Mississippi. Contractor support is needed to maintain, manage, and coordinate group site maintenance activities to include performing inspections and preventative maintenance for the purpose of detecting and correcting incipient failures and accomplishing minor maintenance of site grounds and systems. This includes site utilities and infrastructures, buildings and structures, and grounds facilities; waste refuse services, and site upkeep identified by FEMA throughout the State of Louisiana.
